Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Using the arcade
By playing Neon Nexus Arcade you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Don't attempt to cheat leaderboards, reverse-engineer the games, or disrupt the service for other players. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
2. Accounts
Signing in is optional and unlocks cloud saves, multiplayer and premium features. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may revoke access for accounts that violate these terms.
3. Purchases
Paid upgrades like Double XP, Bites and Golden cosmetics are one-off or subscription purchases processed by Base44 Payments. Refunds are handled by the payment provider according to its own policy. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and available upgrades over time.
4. User content
Player names you submit to leaderboards must not be offensive or infringe others' rights. We may remove any leaderboard entry that violates this.
5. Availability
The arcade is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Games, features and content may change or be removed at any time.
